Capabilities

Six disciplines. One accountable partner.

Most problems cross more than one of these. We staff the mix the problem needs, and one team owns the outcome from first conversation to measured result.

01

AI integration

Copilots, document intelligence and agents wired into the systems you already run, measured against numbers you already track.

  • Custom copilots and chat agents on your own data
  • Document intelligence and OCR pipelines
  • Retrieval, ranking and evaluation for LLM systems
  • Agents with human approval where judgement matters

How it usually starts

  1. Two-week AI readiness review: where a model would pay for itself, and where it would not
  2. Six-week copilot pilot on one workflow, with a go or no-go number agreed up front

What you get

  • Working system integrated with your data and tools
  • Evaluation harness and quality report
  • Cost and latency dashboard
  • Runbook and hand-over for your team

02

Process automation

Back-office and workflow automation that removes the manual steps, with people kept in the loop where it counts.

  • Workflow and approval automation
  • System-to-system integration and orchestration
  • Robotic process automation for legacy screens
  • Exception queues and audit trails by default

How it usually starts

  1. Process mapping week: the flow as it really runs, with the hours and errors at each step
  2. Automation of one high-volume process end to end, with an exception queue

What you get

  • Automated workflow with monitoring and alerts
  • Exception handling and approval queue
  • Audit trail for every automated decision
  • Before and after time-and-error measurement

03

Software engineering

Web, mobile and API products built around how your operation actually works, not around a template.

  • Web applications and customer portals
  • iOS and Android apps
  • API design and integration
  • Legacy system modernisation

How it usually starts

  1. Product discovery and clickable prototype in three weeks
  2. Customer portal or internal tool built in reviewable two-week increments

What you get

  • Production application with automated tests and CI/CD
  • API documentation and integration guide
  • Design system and component library
  • Source code, infrastructure and full ownership handed to you

04

Cloud & infrastructure

Azure and AWS platforms engineered for scale, security and cost discipline.

  • Cloud architecture on Azure and AWS
  • Migration and modernisation
  • CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
  • Observability and cost optimisation

How it usually starts

  1. Cloud cost and security review with a prioritised fix list
  2. Migration of on-premise workloads to Azure or AWS with zero-downtime cutover

What you get

  • Infrastructure as code, versioned and reviewed
  • CI/CD pipelines with environment promotion
  • Monitoring, alerting and incident runbooks
  • Monthly cost and reliability report

05

Data & intelligence

Pipelines, warehouses, dashboards and forecasts that turn operational noise into decisions.

  • Data pipelines and warehousing
  • Dashboards and reporting
  • Forecasting and predictive models
  • Data quality engineering

How it usually starts

  1. Data audit: what you have, where it lives, and what it can and cannot answer
  2. Warehouse and pipeline build consolidating your operational systems

What you get

  • Documented data model and pipelines
  • Dashboards with metric definitions and owners
  • Data quality checks and alerts
  • Forecast reports and accuracy tracking

06

Technology advisory

Independent help framing the problem, choosing the architecture and setting the roadmap before anyone writes code.

  • Problem framing and feasibility
  • Architecture and vendor-neutral technology selection
  • Roadmaps and build-versus-buy decisions
  • Reviews of existing systems and teams

How it usually starts

  1. Two-week technology review with a written, prioritised recommendation
  2. Architecture design for a new product or platform

What you get

  • Written assessment with options and trade-offs
  • Target architecture and migration path
  • Twelve-month roadmap with budget ranges
  • Board-ready summary of risks and decisions

How they combine

A problem rarely fits one discipline. It enters once, we apply whichever of the six it needs, and one measured outcome leaves. You deal with one team throughout.

Not sure which one you need?

That is normal. Most problems arrive as a symptom, not a category. These are the questions we hear most.

What kind of problems do you take on?

Anything where technology is the lever: a manual process eating hours, a system that no longer fits the business, a decision made on stale data, or an idea that needs a product built around it. If we are not the right fit we will say so in the first conversation.

How do engagements start?

With a free conversation, then a one-page brief: the problem, the approach we propose and the number that will show it worked. You decide from there. Most first engagements are two to six weeks.

Do you work with businesses outside Sri Lanka?

Yes. We are based in Jaffna, in the north of Sri Lanka, and work with clients across the island, the Gulf, Europe and Australia, in their time zones and with regular working overlap.

Bring us the problem.

A first conversation is free and usually enough to tell you whether this is a software, automation or AI problem, and what it would take to solve.
